The Best and Worst: Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology

In the 6th episode of the “The Best and Worst” mini-series, current MS4 Alex Harrelson sits down with pediatric endocrinologist Dr. Hussein Abdullatif, known and loved by so many UAB medical students as Dr. Latif. We discuss his career and what life is truly like as a pediatrician and pediatric endocrinologist. Tune in to also hear Dr. Latif discuss his love for geography and how he’s grown fond of Alabama. This mini-series explores what life is like in different subspecialties of medicine by asking two central questions: what was the best day of your career and what was the worst day of your career?
